ING staff will never call and ask you for your card/account details over the phone or to enter these details into your phone keypad. If you receive a call from ING and your account details are requested, hang up and call us back directly at one of the numbers on this page. Please make sure you verify numbers contained within text or voice messages as these can connect to scammers.
