Here's what you can do using phone banking:

Transfers and payments by phone

  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills with your Orange Everyday or Home Loan account (if applicable)

Check and change by phone

  • Check the balances on your bank accounts
  • Change your Access Code
  • Check your last ten bank transactions
  • Obtain interest details for your bank accounts
  • Register for online statements for Savings Maximiser, Savings Accelerator or Orange Everyday

Getting Started with Phone Banking

Call 133 464 and press 1 to get started with phone banking. You will need your Client Number and Access Code.
