If you are unable to use our website, call the Contact Centre anytime.

Here’s what you can do when you call us:

  • Check your account balance(s) and transactions on your account(s)
  • Change your Access Code
  • Transfer money
  • Pay bills with your Orange Everyday or Home Loan account (if applicable)
  • Obtain interest details for all your accounts
  • Register for online statements for Savings Maximiser, Savings Accelerator or Orange Everyday
  • Set up an Automatic Savings Plan
  • Create a nickname for your savings or Orange Everyday accounts
  • Initiate a change to your linked account details
  • Change your account limit
  • Activate your Visa Card
  • Change or add more money to an existing term deposit at maturity
  • Set up Direct Debits

Here’s what you can do by calling the Contact Centre that you can’t do online:

  • Transfer money between home loans
  • Lodge your Tax File Number
  • Close your account
  • Request Home Loan bank cheques

Here's what is only available via our online banking system:

  • Request Orange Everyday bank cheques
  • Open an Orange Everyday
