Zero Liability and Online Shopping Guarantee
With Visa's Zero Liability policy, you'll have peace of mind when you pay using contactless or by pressing 'CREDIT' in-store, shopping over the phone or overseas. When you shop online, it becomes your own Online Shopping Guarantee. That's because you will not be held responsible for purchases you don't make.
How it Works:

Review your transactions online and report any fraudulent charges to ING DIRECT.
If applicable, we may remove fraudulent transactions or extend provisional credit for losses from unauthorised card use.

How to apply for a Visa Debit Card
The Visa Debit Card is provided with our Orange Everyday transaction account - there is no need for a separate application. Your Visa Debit Card can be attached to up to two Orange Everyday accounts.

The 5% Wave & Save 6 Month new customer rebate ("Wave & Save 6 Month Rebate") is available for a limited time only from 1 April 2013 for six months from account opening ("Rebate Period") for new ING DIRECT Orange Everyday customers (including joint account holders) ("Eligible New Customers").
The Wave and Save Existing Customer payWave Rebate ("Existing Customer payWave Rebate"), currently 2%, is applicable for existing Orange Everyday customers (including joint account holders) who are not enjoying the 5% Wave & Save 6 Month Rebate ("Eligible Existing Customers") and is available until further notice. ING DIRECT reserves the right to withdraw the Existing Customer payWave Rebate or change the applicable rebate at any time at its sole discretion.
The Existing Customer payWave Rebate will apply for the next calendar month when Eligible Existing Customers deposit at least $2,000 from an external bank account to any of their personal ING DIRECT accounts (excluding Living Super) by the last day of the preceding calendar month ("Eligible Period"). Any deposits that are from an ING DIRECT account in your name or joint name (i.e. internal transfers) or to a Business account will not be counted.
This Wave & Save 6 Month Rebate and Existing Customer payWave Rebate (together, "payWave Rebates") applies on all contactless purchases made in Australia by Eligible New Customers and Eligible Existing Customers during the Rebate Period and Eligible Period on purchase amounts of up to and including AUD $99.99. The payWave Rebates will be made into the Orange Everyday account immediately after transaction settlement. The amount of the rebate will be based on the rebate percentage applicable at the time of transaction settlement, if any.
The payWave Rebates apply to everyday purchases only. Should you use the payWave Rebates in a manner that is not satisfactory or in line with the intent of the offer, we may place a stop or freeze on your account, refuse to apply the rebate to any or all purchases, or reverse the rebated amount. ING DIRECT cannot guarantee that PayWave facilities will be available for use for your chosen purchase.
